JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are languishing in jail since 24.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. It is alleged that boys and girls were recovered in objectionable condition from a hotel which was being run by these petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7653 of 2015 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 162 of 2014.
