JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Petitioner is aggrieved by his premature retirement on attaining the age of 60 years. He submits that in view of retirement age being enhanced he is entitled to the benefits till the age of 62 years. Relying upon and claiming parity with one Gulab Jha whose case has been allowed vide order dated 12.5.2016, in the proceedings arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 7009 of 2013. He submits that he has made a specific representation in support of his claim before the authorities as far back on 16.12.2016, no final decision has been taken in the matter causing grave prejudice.

In view of the limited grievance raised by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6104 of 2017(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 petitioner, this Court would only direct that the representation of the petitioner be disposed of by respondent no.3, the Vice Chancellor, Kameshwar Singh Darbhanga Sanskrit University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law.
