1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No.94/2023 dated 23.01.2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(B), 325, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.4967 of 2024(2) dt.22-02-2024 2/3 petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and the entire family members including the women of the family have been made an accused. It is further submitted that the petitioners and the informant are agnates and are having dispute relating to land and reside in the same campus, which stands divided by a boundary. It is further submitted that on account of dispute, relating to land, the present occurrence is alleged to have taken place, wherein specific allegation of assault is against Ashok, who is petitioner no.2 in the present anticipatory bail application and as far as other petitioners are concerned, the allegation against them are general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that even injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature and the blow is not repeated.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gaya in
