2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 91, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is said to have killed his wife for demand of dowry.

4. Though, the deceased is alleged to have been killed but the witnesses have said that the deceased has committed suicide.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2024 and he himself has informed the informant about the suicide of the deceased.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur/concerned Court below in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 198 of 2024.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
