2. The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the provisional merit list of the selection of Anganbari Sevika pertaining to Anganbari Centre No. 362, PanchayatBankatta, Ward No. 11 under the District of Madhubani and direction be given to the authorities to prepare fresh merit.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, no order has been passed on the representation filed by the petitioner as her

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that actual remedy is available to the petitioner under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahyika.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail her remedy before the original forum under the relevant Margdarshika for appointment of Anganwari Sevika and Sahyika within 30 days, if cause of action still survives.
