The State of Bihar & Ors., by a learned Single Judge of this Court.

On 06.03.2020, we had passed the following order: "The petition filed on 04.01.2019 is listed for hearing for the first time before the Court.

It appears that with the passage of time the appellant has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

As such, we dispose of the present appeal reserving liberty to the appellant to move an appropriate application or revive the application in accordance with law, if so required and desired.
