This application is filed for release for vehicle in connection with Mairwa Police Station Case No. 409 of 2017 registered under section 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 37(B), 38(i),41(i) of Bihar Excise Prohibition Amendment act.

The petitioner may move for release of the car as per the order passed by this Court in LPA No. 1647 of 2015. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
