JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioners seek bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR petitioners happen to be Gotni of the deceased and there is allegation that they have caused death of sister of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the allegation is false and cause of death could not be ascertained as per post mortem report and petitioners are in custody since 24.9.2019.

Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that as per post mortem report there was faint mark

In view of above facts and circumstances, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Dalasing Sarai, District Samastipur, in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 57 of 2015.
