2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the Charge-sheet dated 15.03.2021 submitted against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code by the Investigation Officer in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 466/2018 registered on 20.08.2018.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have settled their dispute. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not deny this fact. Therefore, both the counsels for the parties jointly pray that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 4854 of 2023(6) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 entire prosecution of the petitioner may be quashed.

4. One more fact is necessary to be pointed out that the further investigation was ordered in this case by the Court and pursuant to the further investigation, the I.O. of the case has submitted a final form finding the case to be false.

5. In these circumstances, the prosecution of the petitioner in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 466/2018 including the Charge-sheet dated 15.03.2021 is hereby quashed.
