The petitioner seeks bail in Patepur P.S. Case No 189/2013 registered for the offence under Section 379 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner along with other accused persons came to his field and looted away the crops. The petitioners are members of M.C.C.

It is submitted that the allegations are false and uncle of the petitioner filed title suit no. 145 of 2001 against the informant and others. There is bonafide land dispute.

Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10630 of 2015 (2) dt.18-03-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Patepur P.S. Case No189/2013.
