Petitioner, is in jail custody since 17.09.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that one country made pistol and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the straw house of the petitioner. Admittedly, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the aforesaid recovery has not been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5646 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Motihari East Champaran in connection with Govind Ganj P.S.
