2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead the District Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur as respondent no. 8 in the course of the day.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.6534 of 2017(2) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur, for redressal of their grievance.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh representation before the District Land Acquisition Officer, Muzaffarpur, within a period of four weeks and on filing the same within the said period the Authority shall decide the matter expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months.
