The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 406/420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner, while working as Assistant Manager of Pantry Car, misappropriated Rs. 71,000/-. It is submitted that the informant himself alleged that the petitioner disclosed that he had given the sale proceeds amounting to Rs. 71,000/- to his sister but he did not return the same. The petitioner is in jail since 13.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about five months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
