No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases but according to the prosecution case itself, neither the petitioner was caught at the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati District Gaya in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case no. 15/2014.
