The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/27 of the Arms Act.

From the bed of the petitioner, one country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 20.10.2014.

The petitioner has already remained in jail for 51⁄2 months and he bears no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
