The petitioner seeks bail in Meerganj P.S. Case No. 02 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner along with other accused persons is alleged to have kidnapped the victim. The victim disclosed that the petitioner and others kidnapped her, but the victim did not allege any ill-treatment. The petitioner is in jail for last three months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Meerganj P.S.
