JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-07-2019 The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- " (i) For issuance of a direction, order or writ, including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned Respondent Authorities to release the N.P.
Bore Rifle no. 792736 in favour of petitioner which has been seized in connection with Natwar PS case no. 05/15 (ii) For issuance of any other reliefs which it may deem to be it and proper with the facts and circumstances of the present case ."
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 3.
Patna High Court CWJC No.988 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
