This is an application for bail in a case of misuse. Initially the case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code wherein the petitioner was granted bail. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 02.02.2011 and petitioner surrendered on 07.01.2015. The impugned order does not suggest any progress in the trial after the petitioner surrendered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that now the petitioner will regularly appear before the learned court below.

No.14926 of 2015 (02) dt.07-05-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Sessions Trial No. 255 of 2003 arising out of Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 190 of 2000. The learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
