The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
(i) To direct the respondents to consider the cases of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground as his father died in harness on 13.02.2020 when he was posted as clerk in Lokeshwari Women High School Kadam
Patna High Court CWJC No.1012 of 2022(7) dt.27-01-2025 2/2 Kuanya, Patna.
(ii) Also to direct the respondents to appoints the petitioner on compassionate ground as per the existing Rule as his father died in harness during posting tenure as clerk.
(iii) Also for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law. 3.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the prayer made in this writ application, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation within two weeks before the respondent no.7 and respondent no.7 would be obliged to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter.

It is made clear that respondent no. 7 shall be solely liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
