2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation on 29.10.2024 before the District Programme Officer

Patna High Court CWJC No.1891 of 2025(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 (Establishment), Buxar (respondent no.6), which has not been disposed of as yet.

3. In such view of the matter, I direct the respondent no.6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to him.

4. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view against the concerned respondent if the order is not complied within the stipulated period.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
