In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015 for offence under Sections 341, 324, 326, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, the petitioner has committed heinous crime as narrated by the victim Informant.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstance of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Ran Veer Yadav is rejected.
