2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirpainty P.S. Case No. 294/23 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342/323/307/376D of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2023.

3. The petitioner and one Sintu Yadav are alleged to have committed rape upon the victim. The victim was recovered in unconscious state and in her statement, the victim has said that she was raped by the two accused persons.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the fact that the victim has been raped by two persons including the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.
