The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354(D), 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, the petitioner used to tease the daughter and niece of the informant. On alarm made by the victim, in course of fleeing away, the petitioner fell down. Submission is that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2014.
