The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399, 400, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner along with other accused persons was apprehended. From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol, four live cartridges and a motorcycle were recovered. It is submitted that the motorcycle belongs to the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 16.12.2014. It is stated that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing
