The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 328 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and Munna Ansari were apprehended by the villagers while they were allegedly preparing to mix poison in a tube well and offering guavas to the students. It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2013 and similarly situated co-accused Munna Ansari has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 52702/2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11936 of 2015 (2) dt.08-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. sessions Judge, Jehanabad in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 65/2013, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 64/14-70/14.
