The petitioner is challenging the order dated 11.02.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Darbhanga, whereby and whereunder he has cancelled P.D.S. licence of the petitioner.

As there is a provision of appeal against the order of

Patna High Court CWJC No.3864 of 2017 dt.21-04-2017 2/2 the Sub-Divisional Officer, the petitioner instead of approaching this Court should have approached the appellate authority. 4.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner, if so advised, may file an appeal before the Collector, Darbhanga. If such an appeal is filed, the Collector without being influenced by this order will dispose of the appeal by a reasoned order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of filing of appeal by the petitioner. 5.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.
