Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.189 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 385, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation of demand of extortion and taking away of Rs.5,000/- from the shop of the informant. There is also allegation of firing .
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact the petitioner had lodged a case against the informant in the year, 2018 as the informant has greedy eye over the land and the house of the petitioner due to that the present case has been lodged to keep pressure on the

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No.189 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
