JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Vide order dated 07.07.2021, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report vide letter no.251/ 2021 dated has been received by this Court, which is at flag 'Z'. Apart from the other fact, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani has stated in his report that out of nine charge sheeted witnesses, four witnesses have been examined by the prosecution till now and the next date of hearing in the present matter is on 09.08.2021. Considering the stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the
