2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 258/ 2024 dated 11.09.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 309(4), 127(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. As per the prosecution's story, on the disclosure made by co-accused, Jaymangal Chaudhary, a raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and a Honda Shine motorcycle bearing registration No. BR24AN0281 was recovered from his house which was alleged to be used in the commission of the alleged occurrence.
4. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that he has been made accused mainly on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Jaymangal Chaudhary, recorded by him before the police but no part of the looted article was recovered either from his possession or upon his disclosure and the prosecution is mainly connecting the petitioner's motorcycle in the alleged crime only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Jaymangal Chaudhary and also coupled with the fair and clean antecedent of the petitioner and completion of investigation against him as well his young age, this court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail in connection with Karagahar P.S. Case No. 258/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
