2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goradih P.S. Case No. 19/ 2024 dated 12.04.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 373 read with section 34 of the IPC and sections 5/6 of Human Trafficking Act.

3. As per the prosecution's case, this petitioner along with other accused persons induced the minor daughter of the informant and abducted her with an intention to sell her.

4. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that the victim has been recovered and the

Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Goradih P.S. Case No. 19/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned. (Shailendra Singh, J) BKS/- U T
