The petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor he has been put on TIP as yet and it appears that except confessional statement, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named-above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua.
