1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted by referring to the show cause filed in the present
Patna High Court MJC No.205 of 2024(3) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 case on behalf of the opposite party no.02, 04, 05, 07 and 08 that in compliance of the order of this Court 06.11.2023, passed in CWJC No.9505 of 2023, the Circle Officer, Udawant Nagar, Bhojpur at Ara had initiated encroachment proceedings vide Encroachment Case No.13 of 2023-24 and thereafter, the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 has been passed on 18.12.2023, whereafter the encroachment in question has also stood removed on 16.08.2024.
2. This Court finds that no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, hence the aforesaid averments made by the state authorities stands unrefuted, thus this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 06.11.2023, passed in CWJC No.9505 of 2023, has stood complied with. Nonetheless, the petitioner is granted liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to the due process of law.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
