This writ application has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner so that he may be able to cultivate

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 to 6 wherein it has been stated that the S.H.O., Sahodra vide Dr. No. 190 of 2017 dated 30.03.2017 has submitted his report in the matter stating therein that proper police protection has already been provided to the petitioner by the local police and again when the petitioner shall appear for providing him police assistance for the protection of his life and property at the time of cultivation of the land, the same shall be duly provided to him in future.

As the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed by the respondents, the writ petition is disposed of.
