Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught red handed accepting the extortion money, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 302 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Motihari stands rejected.
