JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to pursue the suit filed by him bearing Title Suit No. 254 of 2018 pending before the learned Sub-Judge-I, Madhubani. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn. It goes without saying that petitioner is at liberty to pursue the Title Suit which he has already filed. However, in order to ensure that no prejudice is caused to the petitioner, in view of the stay granted by this Court by an earlier order dated 11.01.2019, I deem it fit and proper to extend the said order of stay for a further period of four weeks from today.
