2. The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors-opposite parties, for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 24.07.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10957 of 2017.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order dated 24.07.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10957 of 2017, has not been complied with by the

Patna High Court MJC No.74 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 opposite parties.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4, where it has been stated that vide Patrank-GIS (LC)-01/20, dated 27.01.2020, annexed as Annexure-C to the show cause, final order has already been passed.

5. Considering the fact that the order dated 24.07.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10957 of 2017, has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.

6. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 27.01.2020, he will be at liberty to challenge the same in a separate writ application.

7. With the aforesaid liberty, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
