The petitioner seeks bail in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 80 of 2005, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other accused persons are alleged to have gone to the house of the informant and offered sweets to the deceased, thereafter the deceased died. It is submitted that the petitioner is maternal uncle-inlaw of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10254 of 2015 (3) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran, Chapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case no. 80 of 2005.
