NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the order passed by the learned Single Judge as also the order review whereof is sought.

We are satisfied that the writ petition has rightly not been entertained for the issue involved at the instance of the applicant who has a remedy before the authorities under the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.5 of 2019(3) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Bihar State Universities Act, 1976, for the redressal of his grievance.

In such circumstance, it will be open to the applicant to approach the said authorities for any such relief they may be entitled in law.

The application is, accordingly, rejected with the said observation.
