2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The deceased was killed by unknown criminals. Subsequently, during investigation the petitioner has been seen going towards the place of occurrence on a motorcycle along with his friend bearing a black shirt. The presence of the petitioner has been found at the place of occurrence in the analysis of the CDR. The murder weapon has not been recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4787 of 2025(3) dt.19-04-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad Town P.S. Case No. 444 of 2023.
