The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the supplementary affidavit whereby correction is proposed to be made in paragraph -3 of the bail petition.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 148/2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
He is said to have given a sword blow on the

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the injury suffered by the victim is reported to be simple in nature. There is an admitted land dispute between the parties. Considering the aforesaid facts, the parties have chosen not to prosecute each other. In fact, the informant has gone on record to state that he does not wish to prosecute the petitioner any further.
Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -15, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No. 148/2020, subject
