Contrary to the order passed in the petitioner's earlier writ proceedings arising out of C.W.J.C. No 14607 of 2014, the petitioner's counsel submits that till date the proceedings have not been concluded . He points out that writ Court in the earlier writ proceedings had directed to complete the enquiry preferably within a period of four (04) months. The issue, raised by the petitioner is for non-compliance of the order of the Writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.2742 of 2020(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 Court dated 02.05.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.14607 of 2014. Such successive writ petitions for the same directions cannot be resorted to. If the writ petitioner is already armed with a writ Court order directing the authorities to conclude the proceedings within the stipulated time frame, and the same has been violated, the petitioner would have remedies elsewhere. The petitioner was required to approach the appropriate jurisdiction alleging violation of the Writ Court order.

With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed off.
