JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for regular bail in Govindganj P.S.Case No.156/14 for the offence under Sections 324 and 307 of the I.P.C.
There is direct allegation of assault on the husband of the informant by the petitioner causing grievous injury by sharp pointed weapon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim and the petitioner are full brother.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
It is, accordingly, rejected.
