The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12690 of 2021(6) dt.07-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Banka in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
