Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have deposited an amount of Rs. 7,10,984/- to the respondent no. 5, District Fisheries Officer, Vaishali in compliance of the letter no. 284 dated 11.08.2012 and the said amount is liable to be return to the petitioners. However, the same has not been returned till date, despite the application given by the petitioners on 09.01.2017.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to dispose of this matter with liberty to file detailed representation before

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the concerned authority within four weeks and the concerned authority shall disposed of the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
