The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 332, 353, 337, 338, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant received an information that hundred members of two groups are abusing and pelting bricks and stones on each other. On getting such information, the informant along with other police personnel reached
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3788 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 2/3 there and tried to stop them, disclosing that they are police personnel and have come from Maner P.S.. Even then the accused persons did not spare and attacked at the police personnel and started pelting stones on them endangering their life. The informant received head injury that was bleeding profusely. The local Chaukidar identify 24 culprits including the petitioners. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 36473 of 2020. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail

No.3788 of 2022(2) dt.01-08-2022 3/3 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 603 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
