The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are alleged to have obtained appointment, as Panchayat Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that at the time of counseling, both petitioners submitted their original certificates, but the office of District Education Officer, in remarks column of the selection list, has wrongly mentioned as "Mismatched" and thereafter, without hearing these petitioners, directed for lodging F.I.R. against them. Moreover, petitioners have not been appointed. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

No.5364 of 2023(2) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari / Successor Court in connection with Motihari Mufassil (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No. 701 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
