JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs directing the Respondent No.2 to take proper steps for removal of encroachment made by Respondent No.3 and also to take proper steps on the Order dated 14.09.2016 by which after proper hearing of the parties Respondent No.3 was directed to remove the encroachment within 30 days."

Patna High Court CWJC No.5710 of 2017(2) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
