The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1409C of 2017 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the D.P. Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is widow mother-in-law of the complainant. She is innocent and has been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has nothing to do with the complainant.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3520 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1409C of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
