JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. It is alleged that petitioner attempted to establish forceful physical relationship with the minor daughter of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to some petty dispute between the parties the accusation has been levelled and even assuming the accusation, offence under Section 376/511 of the I.P.C and Section 8 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are made out. It is further submitted that there is counter version of the occurrence also and the wife of the petitioner has also lodged a complaint against the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.782 of 2015 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 180 of 2014.
