2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61 of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner Deepak Kumar attempted to procure the insurance amount, after putting false claim stating that his four-wheeler vehicle, which was insured by the informant (Insurance Company), was stolen away. During

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4719 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 course of investigation, it was detected that the petitioner Deepak Kumar had already sold the alleged vehicle to someone else. So far as petitioner Pradeep Kumar is concerned, his role was to assist the petitioner Deepak Kumar in the alleged occurrence.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedent. No incriminating article has been recovered from their possession. It has also been submitted that the petitioner Deepak Kumar has not received the compensation amount.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstance especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 231 of 2024, subject to the following conditions that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
